Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 23 October 2026
1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern use of the KC Events Choreography website and enquiries about our choreography or event services. By using the website, you agree to these terms. A separate written booking agreement or proposal may apply to a confirmed engagement; if it conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement will govern that engagement to the extent of the conflict.
2. Website Information
Website descriptions, images, examples and service descriptions are for general information. They do not guarantee that a particular service, instructor, date or venue is available. Please confirm scope, schedule, fees, travel requirements and deliverables with us in writing before relying on them.
3. Enquiries and Bookings
Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking or guarantee availability. A booking is confirmed only after we provide written confirmation and any agreed booking requirements have been completed. The parties should confirm the event date, location, number of participants, number and length of sessions, music, rehearsal schedule, fees, travel expenses and any venue requirements in writing.
4. Fees, Deposits and Payment
All fees, deposits, payment dates, taxes and additional costs will be communicated in a quote or booking agreement. Do not assume a booking is confirmed until the written confirmation states so. Any cancellation fee, deposit treatment or refund entitlement will be governed by the applicable written agreement and mandatory law.
5. Rescheduling and Cancellation
If you need to reschedule or cancel, notify us as soon as reasonably possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability. The applicable booking agreement should specify cancellation deadlines, charges, refunds, and what happens if we must cancel or cannot perform because of illness, venue issues, severe weather or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
6. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate event details, securing permission to use requested music and other materials where required, arranging suitable rehearsal and performance space, ensuring safe access and conditions, and obtaining any necessary venue permissions. Participants should tell us in advance about relevant access needs or limitations they wish us to consider.
7. Safety and Participation
Choreography involves physical movement and may carry a risk of injury. Participants should work within their own abilities, follow reasonable safety instructions, use appropriate footwear and clothing, and tell the instructor about relevant limitations before participating. Stop an activity if it causes pain or feels unsafe. Nothing on this website is medical advice.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, website text, branding, graphics, photographs and original materials owned by us are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, republish or commercially use them without permission. Rights in commissioned choreography, recordings, music and client-provided materials should be agreed separately in writing; third-party music and content may require separate licences.
9. Photos and Recordings
Do not assume you may record or publish a class, rehearsal or performance featuring other participants. Obtain the necessary permissions and respect venue rules, privacy rights and any agreed restrictions. Any promotional use by us will be handled in accordance with applicable permissions and agreements.
10. Acceptable Website Use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or misleading material, infringe another person’s rights, or use our contact forms to send spam or malicious content.
11. Disclaimers and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by a user or by third-party websites beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any mandatory consumer rights.
12. Third Parties and Force Majeure
Venues, platforms, payment providers and other third parties may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their independent acts or omissions. Neither party will be liable for delay caused by events reasonably beyond its control, subject to the applicable booking agreement and law; the parties should communicate promptly and discuss reasonable alternatives.
13. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. By submitting information, you acknowledge that it will be handled as described there and under applicable law.
14. Changes, Governing Law and Contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version. The laws of India will govern these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections and any requirements that apply by law. Any court or dispute forum must be identified only after the correct jurisdiction is confirmed. Questions: kceventschoreography@gmail.com.
